ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Chris Lumry is a Harvard-trained entrepreneur, consultant, and author of Creativity Unlocked. After experiences in the tech, consulting, and non-profit sectors, he founded OneStepGrowth to help people and teams increase joy and purpose through neuroscience-informed approaches to creativity. Chris has helped lead experimentation projects at large tech companies (Uber) and facilitated multi-stakeholder strategy sessions in the social impact consulting space. Formerly a self-described "non-creative," an unexpected personal awakening sparked a new approach to life that unlocked his own creativity and sparked fresh purpose and productivity in his then-role in tech. He also leads OneStepHope, a nonprofit that creates hope-filled content to reduce stigma and inspire action around substance use disorders and related challenges. Its first feature-length documentary highlights transformative solutions being pioneered in Alaska.
