ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Chris Lumry is an entrepreneur, coach, and author of Creativity Unlocked. He founded OneStepGrowth to help people increase joy and purpose through neuroscience-informed approaches to creativity. After studying public affairs and business at Princeton and Harvard, he working in consulting and technology (Uber). An unexpected wellness journey and personal awakening sparked a new approach to life and unlocked his own creativity. For the last several years he has helped professionals from a range of industries (finance, healthcare, music, entrepreneurship, engineering, and more) rediscover meaningful, joy-filled creativity in their work and beyond. His own favorite expressions include making electronic music, strategy ideation, movies, and nerding out on policy over Earl Grey tea. He also leads OneStepHope, a nonprofit that creates hope-filled content to reduce stigma and inspire action around substance use disorders and related challenges. Its first feature-length documentary highlights transformative solutions being pioneered in Alaska.
