About the Approach
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Chris Lumry is the author of Creativity Unlocked, Creativity Activated, and Create Today. He founded OneStepGrowth to help people increase joy and purpose through neuroscience-informed approaches to creativity in their work and hobbies. After graduating from Princeton and Harvard, working as a social impact consultant, and developing new programs at a Silicon Valley tech company (Uber), an unexpected wellness journey and personal awakening led to a rediscovery of creativity and a new approach to work.
For the last several years he has helped professionals from a range of industries including finance, healthcare, education, entertainment, and manufacturing upgrade how they create in their professional and personal lives. Outside of this work he produces impact-focused documentary content with OneStepHope.org and enjoys electronic music and earl grey tea.
