ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR - KENDRA WILDS

Kendra is a registered nurse and creativity consultant with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health and Science University. She has twenty years of experience in pediatric nursing at a major medical center in Seattle where she worked as a bedside and charge nurse. Currently, she is pursuing a post-baccalaureate degree in neuroscience and celebrating how she creates as a mother. Her creative interests include neuroscience, paddle boarding, developing new recipes, and facilitating beautiful spaces for others. Kendra's passion for neuroscience and the role of creativity in emotional health and wellness stems from discoveries in her own grief process after the death of her husband. 

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR - Chris LUMRY

Chris Lumry is a Harvard-trained consultant, speaker, and author of Creativity Unlocked. After experiences in the tech, consulting, and non-profit sectors, he founded OneStepGrowth to help people and teams increase joy and purpose through neuroscience-informed approaches to creativity. Chris has helped lead experimentation projects at large tech companies (Uber) and facilitated multi-stakeholder strategy sessions in the social impact consulting space. Formerly a self-described "non-creative," an unexpected personal awakening sparked a new approach to life that unlocked his own creativity and sparked fresh purpose and productivity in his then-role in tech. He also leads OneStepHope, a nonprofit that creates hope-filled stories and documentaries  to increase hope and action around substance use disorders and related challenges.
