I love working with underdogs and those who have success but feel stuck or lacking vision in life. Whether it looks like you have it all together, or it’s clear that you don’t, I would love to walk with you and be a supporter of your growth process.
Mess doesn’t scare me; it excites me. I have seen transformation occur in the messiest of situations, over and over again, including my own life. I won’t judge you based on your past or present circumstance, and I won’t give up on you.
Hope is the fuel for change, and there’s not a situation for which there is no hope. I have worked individually with hundreds of men and women looking to rebuild their lives after struggles with substance use, trauma, incarceration, family disconnection, and more.
My passion for personal growth, recovery, and transformation comes from the gift I’ve been given. I spent decades battling a substance use disorder, and ended up serving time incarcerated. I’ve had to feel and work through the shame I felt for the consequences of the substance use disorder on my life and my kids. In my lowest moments I experienced grace and unconditional love that restarted a spiritual journey and brought true transformation. Now, I get to help create restorative pathways through my work as a coach, activist, and policy advisor.
Whether you’re in the penthouse or imprisoned, prosperous or poor, I believe that you can discover a life of wellness and peace beyond what you think is possible, and chase dreams that today may not seem possible. I operate with non-judgmental love: supportive and accepting, and not afraid to be direct and upfront when you need it.
